Leading with vision, experience, and a passion for solving what’s next.
Eric Rutter launched Worldwide Solutions & Services (now Mavsotech) in late 2022 to help companies augment solutions and services and rebalance resources as they continue to harden their value chains coming off the delivery challenges witnessed during Covid. Eric saw an opportunity to augment resources and help companies deliver hardware development and support services in the Video and Broadband Service Providers, Automotive Audio System Providers, Ad Insertion Technologies and Entertainment Devices industries.
He previously served as President of the Connected Home Americas at Technicolor where he managed the Regional P/L of over $1.5B and grew the territory by close to 50% during his leadership. He was also an active member of Technicolor’s Management Committee. He joined Technicolor in April 2016 as SVP Sales & Client Director for the Charter Communications account team with responsibility for customer premise equipment (CPE) sales, including Set-Top Boxes (STB), Gateways, Cable Modems, Routers, Cable Cards, Software Platforms, and Services and was their top salesperson during his first two years in the role.
Prior to joining Technicolor, he was VP of Sales at Rovi where he managed the worldwide commercial interactive program guide business, Hollywood Studio relationships for Copy Protection and was responsible for renewing the Tier One Intellectual Property Licensing agreements with North America's largest Video and Broadband Service Providers.
He graduated from Bucknell University with a B.A. in Economics and also attended Executive Education Programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School. He lives in Haddonfield, New Jersey with his wife and kids.
